All of them directly affect the stability and safety of the device and the long-term operation of the device, and also affect the yield and economic benefits of the device, and the main reasons for the problems are:
(1) The raw material contains more fused aromatic hydrocarbons, which are easy to condense at high temperature to form coke and attach to the pipe wall or equipment.
(2) The problem of reverse reaction coking of colloid, asphaltene and other components under the conditions of hydrocracking reaction and high-temperature pyrolysis of hydrogen.
(3) Under high temperature and high pressure conditions, the extremely fine solid particles (coke, metal compounds, corrosion products, impurities, and catalysts, etc.) contained in the raw material fluid may be deposited in the pipe wall and inside the equipment, accelerating the process of coking and slag.
(4) The catalyst particles used in the suspended bed residue hydrogenation process are finer and more dispersed, regardless of heterogeneous, homogeneous and molecularly homogeneous catalysts (including liquid molybdenum catalysts, iron catalysts, etc.), and more subtle catalyst types are also more likely to be used as coking crystal nuclei, so that coking slag appears in any process link and equipment pipeline of the device, such as reactors at all levels, heat exchange equipment, etc.

(5) Inhibition of coke slag and reduction of carbon deposition: excellent solubility, prevent the further coalescence and deposition of colloidal asphaltene, impurities, corrosion products and inorganic salt particles entrained in the raw oil, so that they will not be separated from the logistics in different phases, which can reduce carbon deposition and inhibit the generation of coke slag by 40-60%.
(6) Improve the conversion rate and light harvest of the device: The components such as antioxidants, polymerization inhibitors, and chain terminators in the product can prevent and reduce the formation of macromolecular organic polymers, promote the transfer of the reaction equilibrium of the hydrothermal cracking reaction and hydrocracking to the right side, and increase the light yield of the device by 3-10%.

(8) It is conducive to process optimization and improve the efficiency of the device, which can appropriately optimize and adjust the feed temperature of the reactor inlet, maintain the temperature and pressure of the reactor while reducing the energy consumption of the device, and further optimize the operating conditions and processes of the device, so as to achieve the green environmental management goals of energy saving and consumption reduction, as well as carbon emission reduction and environmental protection in the production of the device and refinery.
Stimulation antiscalant FS-137 for suspended bed heavy oil hydrocracking units is a multi-component composite functional organic compound, the main element composition is carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, and does not contain P, S, Cl, metal and metal oxides and other components that interfere with the catalyst activity, does not affect the catalyst activity and selectivity of the device, is ash-free, and the product enters the distillate oil with the process flow through consumption and cracking, which has no impact on the oil quality of the unit, and has no adverse effect on the subsequent device and the distillate refining unit.

It should be noted when using stimulation antiscalant FS-137 for suspended bed heavy oil hydrocracking units: due to the different properties and sources of the raw oil, the dosage of FS-C137 is positively correlated with the composition and content of impurities of the raw materials, the content of heavy components, etc., and the injection dose required for the raw materials with higher content of recombinant components and impurities needs to be increased accordingly.
