The high-temperature corrosion inhibitor GX-195C is made of high molecular weight and high boiling point organic polymer, and does not contain N and other elements that interfere with the activity of the catalyst. The high-temperature corrosion inhibitor GX-195C retards the corrosion of metals through two actions:
1. The high-temperature corrosion inhibitor GX-195C forms an adsorption protective film on the surface of the metal material, which can effectively prevent naphthenic acid and sulfide from coming into contact with the metal surface and reduce corrosion.
2. The high-temperature corrosion inhibitor GX-195C directly interacts with organic acids such as naphthenic acid and sulfides, and the resulting products can establish adsorption equilibrium on the metal surface, isolate naphthenic acid and sulfide from the metal surface, and achieve the purpose of protecting the material.
When the acid value of the medium is 0.5-4.5mgKOH·g-1 and the sulfur content of the medium is between 0.5-5.0%, the corrosion rate of the corrosive medium to the carbon steel material is less than 0.1mm·a-1, and the corrosion rate of the corrosive medium to Cr18Ni9 is less than 0.03 mm·a-1。
High temperature corrosion inhibitor GX-195C is a highly dispersed low alkali number corrosion inhibitor, the recommended dosage is 3-10PPM, which has a high degree of protection for metal materials and does not have any adverse effects on the production process.
