Performance Introduction

Sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen, chlorine and other compounds can react to generate H2S, NH3, H2O and HCL at the time of hydrogenation in the process of reforming. Therefore, there will create H2S-HCl-NH3-H2O corrosion environment at low temperature site, thus resulting in equipment corrosion. Such corrosion is generally uniform on carbon steel, and shows the chloride stress corrosion cracking and pitting corrosion on stainless steel. Corrosion mainly appears at the condensing and cooling-heat transfer locations on tower roof of pre-hydrogenated system evaporation tower and reforming system stabilization tower.

This product is the new special corrosion inhibitor researched and developed based on the features that the catalyzer of reforming plant is easily to be poisoned, deactivated, etc., and it will not affect the activity of catalyzer and cause no negative influence on subsequent oils due to the absence of traditional P, S, C1, metal and other elements disturbing the activity of catalyzer.

It can effectively inhibit the corrosion at dew point and within its extension area, and has no influence on the oil quality of this device and downstream unit at the corrosion rate lower than 0.02mm/a-1(carbon steel) (1) if the recommended quantity is infused into system.
