It also has the cleaning effect, which can clean up the coked scale on equipment surface.
b: it can form a layer of high temperature resisting chemical protective film on equipment surface. This product is a kind of compound of organic amines, etc., it can solve in water, doesn’t contain metal and other substances harmful to catalyzer, and can be available for H2S-NH3-HCN-H2O and organic acid corrosion system. It can create a layer of dense monomolecular adsorptive and protective film on metal while neutralizing acid medium, and the protective film can reduce the hydrogen caused from corrosion, thus mitigating hydrogen corrosion blistering, and it can effectively inhibit under-scale corrosion, reduce and disperse scale under the low basic value condition and be suitable for corrosion neutralization of tower-roof strong corrosion system on crude distillation, catalytic cracking and other oil refining and chemical engineering equipment.

This product belongs to low-silicon de-foaming agent with silicon content below 0.8%, and has features of low surface tension, good dispersity, etc.; With less dosage and significant de-foaming effect, it has no negative influence on the downstream processing of coked products; It can decrease the carrying quantity of coke chamber product - coke powder, stabilize the operation of fractionating tower, reduce the coking of fractionating tower and heating furnace, delay the on-stream period, decrease overhauling work and costs, and improve the processing capacity of coking unit.
Coking demulsifier
Performance Introduction
It is cationic type high efficient water-soluble demulsifier and can be used for solving oil emulsification appeared in sulfide-bearing wastewater discharged from oil refinery coking unit, and it is easily used on site and user can make water be diluted on site and then infuse water into sulfide-bearing wastewater.
The oil separation ratio of wastewater can reach above 95% after adding the coking demulsifer into sulfide-bearing wastewater, the oil content of sulfide-bearing wastewater can decrease to target value (<200ｕg/g＝,), it is very beneficial to the technological operation and wastewater treatment of subsequent unit, and improves the light oil yield and economic benefit of unit.
